PPP2
PPP2 (PARS Playwork Practice Level 2) is our accredited introduction to PARS model of playwork practice, suitable for anybody who works in any setting where children spend their free time. Parents are also welcome to take part in PPP2!
The aim of this NCFE Customised Qualification is to enable practitioners to use the PARS model to begin to articulate and develop their playwork practice. By the end of this course you will be able to begin to put PARS Methods, Theories and Techniques into practice.

Min Sham
Min Sham is a registered social worker that has devoted his career to advocating for the well-being of vulnerable populations. He is a PPP4 qualified PARS Trainer and a practitioner in the field of playwork with a passion for enriching the lives of children, showcasing his commitment to development and best practices in playwork.
His experience includes demonstrating how natural materials can be transformed into engaging play materials. Through workshops and public play events, he educates communities about the value of outdoor play, emphasising the role of nature in child development. He is deeply committed to developing impactful projects that empower cooperative NGOs, professional bodies, and government departments with essential knowledge and skills. Min is also father to a 6 years old son, he brings and understands the importance of play in fostering growth and creativity in children.
