Phoebe is a PPP4-qualified PARS Licensed Trainer, a Registered Play Therapist (APPTA), and a Registered Child Care Worker. She brings extensive expertise in child development, therapeutic play, and educational practice to her professional work. Currently, Phoebe is promoting the development of the "Play in School" project, an initiative designed to encourage, support, and facilitate free playtime within Hong Kong primary schools and kindergartens. Through this project, she aims to highlight the value of play as a vital component of children's holistic growth. Phoebe is deeply committed to collaborating with educators, parents, and community stakeholders to create environments where children can thrive.

PPP2 is a NCFE accredited Customised Qualification, so all participants need to do weekly assignments during the course to demonstrate how they can put PARS playwork into practice when working with children.
